Semi-completely Knocked Down (SKD)
Well, most of countries will levy a customs duty on finished products coming from overseas.It is a lot cheaper however,to import the key parts of the unit chassis, and then have the units assembled locally.This is particularly reflected in Color TV supplies.

In order cut costs to our customers, we provide TV "SKD". These SKD contain the following 7 packaged items:

1.Motherboard.(14", 21", 25", 29",34" available)

All of components on motherboard have been assembled and tested before shipment.

2.Plastic cabinet (including front panel and rear panel)

It has been treat with spraying paint according to our customers' requirements.
If you like to use own cabinet, the motherboard need to be re-designed to match your cabinet, and you need to pay as deposit. When you reach an reasonable amount, it will be return or discount from your orders.

3.Cartons

it also has been treat with printing according to our customers' requirements.

4.Accessories (including remote control, service manual, speakers, screws, A/V composite, magnetism vanishing core, connectors)

5.CRT (14" 21" 25" 29" 34")(optional)

They will be shipped to our customers directly from and by the manufacturer's factories.Some customers can buy the CRT from their local market.In order to match our TV chassis we need this CRT sample and it's specification.

7.Support to build up your production line and make a suggested budget for assembly line cost if you have not set up your line.Actually,only work you need to do is to complete it locally according to our assembly documents, and do not need to purchase any components.Feel free to choose all or any one of these items for your particular needs. We also can re-design our motherboards to fit your cabinets.
