COMPLETELY KNOCKED DOWN (CKD)
Well, CKD differs with SKD only at the feature that all of components on motherboard completely not be assembled and tested. you need to finish these work at your local factory. Most of countries will levy cheaper customs duty than SKD.
In order cut costs to our customers, we provide TV "CKD". These CKD contain the following 8 packaged items:
1) Motherboard PCB (14", 21", 25", 29",34" available)
Without any of components on the PCB board.
2) Components list (BOM, bill of materials)
You can choose any components from the list to reduce the cost caused by either freight or components price which is more cheaper on local marketing. For more information, please note the bottom table!
3) Plastic cabinet (including front panel and rear panel)
It has been treat with spraying paint according to our customers' requirements.
If you like to use own cabinet, the motherboard need to be re-designed to match your cabinet, and you need to pay as deposit. When you reach an reasonable amount, it will be return or discount from your orders.
4) Cartons
It also has been treat with printing according to our customers' requirements.
5) Accessories (including remote control, service manual, speakers, screws, A/V composite, magnetism vanishing core, connectors )
6) CRT (14" 21" 25" 29" 34")
they will be shipped to our customers directly from and by the manufacturer factories.
7) Assembly documents
8) Support to build up your production line and make a suggested budget for assembly line cost if you have not set up your line.
Actually, only work you need to do is to complete it locally according to our assembly documents, and do not need to purchase any components.
